I make this often, I add cheddar, I also add raisins and sunflower nuts. Also if you don't like raisins you could add grapes, halved or quartered. Very good and healthy too. Also, I use apple cider vinegar, it has a nice tang to it. I have used bacon bits, but bacon fried and crumbled is best. If you do use bacon bits, use the ones made from real bacon not those imitation ones........
