My husband's favorite salad...he can eat just this for lunch and be satisfied. We have also added chopped WATER CHESTNUTS to the salad for extra crunch.

I love this recipe! I've made it with raisins and its great, I've added cheddar cheese and its great. Always a crowd pleaser!

Great salad an adapts well to variations. We also used capers, shredded spinach and sliced walnuts. We also used regular mayannaise instead of the salad dressing. This is something you can have frequently but do not store it for long, because it wilts after a day or so.

I absolutley love it. I am very picky about salads like this but I think its wonderful. My friend always makes this for our lunches at work and in five min. the bowl is gone.

We love this recipe. Whats great about it is that you can add in things depending on your mood. Our add ins have included finely shredded cheddar, sunflower seeds, shredded broccoli slaw, carrot, raisins or bacon. It is always good.
