Tangy Broccoli Salad

Tangy Broccoli Salad recipe

Quick and easy; my 14 year old son dislikes most veggies, but brocolli is one that he enjoys and I'm always happy to find new ways to prepare it. This is a great party recipe for family and friends that can be whipped up in no time.

I add 1/2 cup of raisins & 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, yes the calories go up but your protien & iron goes up as well. Also, I make the dressing one day ahead so the sugar is desolved, it make a big difference. LK

this is very good and easy. Use the stated amount of broccli . It will seem like alot but it will soak up the dressing and wilt, so if you dont use enough broccli it will be much dressing and not enough broccli... its yummmy
