This tasted great with tortilla chips, but it was also good the next day mixed with rice as a side dish!

Absolutely DELICIOUS and EASY. I added some chopped fresh tomatoes. We ate it with flax seed chips and grilled salmon.

I have made this recipe a number of times and everyone loves it. I use canned corn instead of frozen. Also, parsely instead of cilantro. So yummy!!

I absolutly love making this recipie, especially in the summer!! The flavors are wonderful and it's a different twist on salsa! It's not spicy either! It was a great trip on a summer camping trip with my family plus my husband requests it frequently!

I had some bruchetta salsa left over and added it to this salsa and it was a hit. I changed the cilantro to basil. Everyone asks me to make it whenever we have a get together.

I took this to a cookout and it was a hit. Works great for all the hot weather we are having in the South. A friend tried to recreate it but she said mine was better.

This was very easy to make and turned out very well. It looks pretty and tastes very summery and refreshing. We grilled burgers and sausages and I served this as a side dish. Would be just as tasty with chips which is a good thing since Football season is starting. I also like that this is a healthy dish too. My Husband likes his salsa spicy so I added a tablespoon of hot sauce to the lime juice.

My co-workers loved it! My boss poured the left over juice over her grilled chicken and said it was the best! Just waiting for the mango's to ripen so I can make it again!

I LOVE this salsa. It's a good thing it's so good for you, too, because you'll want to eat several servings!
