This was delicious, even my kids enjoyed it. I served it with rice and veg.

EVERYONE in my house loved this. I didn't get to marinate the chicken but for maybe 15min. and it was still delicious. This was quick and easy and the chicken didn't dry out. Will absolutely be making this again.

YUM! I didn't marinade for the full hour, looked at the directions 1/2 hour before it was time to make dinner, still tasted great with only 1/2 hour of marinating. Will definitely make again, a winner for the entire family. I may even add bacon next time. I did find that you need more than the suggested amount of Parmesan, the amount suggested was not nearly enough to coat the 4 pieces of chicken well.

i was running behind and didnt quite marinate this as it says, but the flavor was still good. so this is good for those last minute dinners.

My family loved this recipe! I had a bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade and used the entire bottle with about 8 chicken breasts. Followed the recipe exactly except for leaving out the mushroom part. The parmesan is a definite must in this recipe and should be doubled at least! Delicious! Delicious! Will definitely make again.

My husband really liked this. we used shredded parmesan instead and I think taste and texture that this is one that you would want to stick with the recommended brand and type.

This was good, but next time I'll just leave out the mushrooms. I had no idea how long to cook them, and this was the first time EVER that I set off the smoke alarm. Whoops!

This was outstanding! Though my husband marinated it for four hours and not one. I didn't add the extra cheese on top because I thought that would be too much cheese. I also didn't have fresh mushrooms. I used a big can with cilantro sprinkled on top. I served over long grain rice with green beans and my whole family loved it. Even my 2 and 6 year olds.
