Zesty Marinated Chicken

Mushrooms and basil add great flavor to chicken marinated in zesty dressing. The melted cheese on top doesn't hurt either.

What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1/4

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

POUR dressing over chicken in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

REMOVE chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place grated topping in shallow dish. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on high heat 3 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in basil.

TOP chicken with mushrooms and shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

I made this for my parents, brother, sister in law, and nieces one night and they all loved it! We didn't have any cheese to put on it, so we ate it without it and it was still great! The meat was so moist and tender! I will definintely make this again.

OMG! I made this today and is was awesome! Great flavor! My husband and 5 year old also loved it! So easy to make. Mmmm I cant wait to eat the left overs tomorrow

I tried this recipe today and loved it! The next time I may add a little salt to the chicken to add a little extra flavor.

This is very good. Both my husband and I liked this. I didn't have fresh mushrooms so I used canned. After the baking I just put the canned mushrooms on top and then the basil then chedder cheese. Came out great.Will be making again.

Very tasty and very simple. I cooked the chicken at a different temp because I had to put something else in with it that called for 450. I cooked it at about 425 for 23 minutes and it was perfect. I can't wait to make it again!
