This was awesome! It was super easy to make, (I let it marinate while I was at work) and it tasted great! I made extra for my boyfriend to take for lunch the next day, but he wound up eating it all!
I didn't have fresh parsley so I used 1 tbsp. dried and I added some ground ginger when I cooked the mushrooms. *Yum*
