This is a great example of how something super easy can taste very special, as if you worked a little magic in the kitchen. My whole family likes this recipe, which is saying something. I've made it many times and it's a keeper.

tasted too much like stuffing for me. Couldn't taste meat very much. I put a layer of cheese in the middle, which helped, but I would not make this again.

I made this meatloaf all the time, only to change it up, I add onion and then split it down the middle and lay cheese and a little more sauce then seal it back up!!!! Everyone LOVES it stuffed!!!!

This is the only meatloaf I make! It is so simple AND tasty!! My family gobbles it up so fast...I almost need to make 2 loaves! Stuffing is inexpensive and serves as a 2 in 1 as adds nice flavor plus takes the place of bread crumbs. VERY YUMMY!! :)

I made this for my roommates and they loved it. I added slightly more bbq sauce to the top to make it cover the entire loaf. Deish!

I made this for my family and the reviews were literally 50/50. Half liked the BBQ flavor the other half said it was too overpowering. I will try this recipe again but next time I plan on leaving out the BBQ sauce.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always good! If you have it, try using elk meat instead of ground beef...so yummy and so much better for you!
