This is my usual meatloaf recipe, and I love how easy it is to put together. I use ketchup instead of BBQ and mix some brown sugar in for the glaze. I usually have to add at least 15 min. cooking time also, unless I use a muffin tin. Everyone in the family loves it.

OMG this is seriously one of the easiest and best meatloaves I have ever made; and I've made a lot! The stuffing adds flavor and keeps it moist and the bbq (use your family's favorite) gives it a little kick. Experiment with how much you put in each time to change it up. You will be making this again! My 3 boys and hubby all like it! SO easy for a weeknight meal!!

It came out good but not like I imagined. Maybe because I used ground lamb instead of ground beef. Will try it again. Although the barbecue sauce didnt seem like it meshed with the recipe :/

Best Meatloaf ever! As long as I have the meat, stuffing (whatever kind I have), egg and water, I add to it whatever I have in the house: onions, pepers, cheese, mushrooms... My husband loves it and asks for it whenever we have people over, and I love it because it is so easy to make!

We loved this meatloaf! I made a small change- I use 1 lb of lean beef and 1 lb of ground turkey and add 1/4 cup parmesan. I also added 15 minutes cook time. My 16 and 13 yr. olds love it! I was amazed at how little grease there is in the pan afterwards..... awesome :0)

I am not the cook in my house, but this is the recipe my husband asks me to make for his special days! I add chopped onions and green peppers to it and my whole family loves it!

Super quick and easy made for wonderful leftovers also. I added a little bit of brown sugar to the bbq sauce on the top to give it a sweeter glaze.
