This was yummy. It was a tad bit too spicy for me, but that is a personal preference. I will use a little less pepperjack next time. I could not find the processed food product in my grocery so I used just a block of pepperjack cheese that I shredded. Was delicious!

Changes I made I used two cans of whole kernel corn, used chicken broth rather than cream of chicken soup, didn't add processed cheese, but put shredded cheddar out for family to put on top if so desired. Basil as well as a little more pepper (approx 1 tsp) It tasted very homemade!

I logged in to get the Loaded Baked Potato Soup recipe a friend made, but when I saw this I decided to try it instead. This was a disappointment. I substituted cheddar cheese, green chiles, and some cayenne for the processed cheese product, as we don't like to buy that sort of food. Well, that must be the cornerstone of the recipe, because I had to tweak things from there to make it worth serving to my family. So if you are comfortable with buying the cheese product, I would go ahead and make this. Otherwise, try something else. :)

I have already made this recipe a couple of time. My family at home loved it and my work family too! This will for sure be a fall/winter favorite! My fiance added a little bit of chopped jalepeno for extra heat.

This recipe is so delicious and easy. It was cold today and I didn't want to spend a lot of time cooking so I made this.....I have enough left for my lunch tomorrow.

YUMMY! I doubled the recipe and had leftovers for 2 days but didn't throw any out. My family thoroughly enjoyed this recipe.
