Very good! My family even liked it which was amazing! Easy to adjust to your liking. I did add chicken broth while cooking the potatoes since I used chicken bacon with very little drippings. Great "base" recipe so it's easy to add your own favorites or adjust to make a lighter version. I'll definitely make it again!

Really delicious recipe. Only thing I changed is adding a 3" chunk of Velvetta and half of the pepper cheese and no black pepper. It was just the right amount of "heat". I am not a big pepper fan.

This recipe was DELICIOUS!!! The men in my family are not big fans of soup but LOVED this. I served it with BLTs to complete a full dinner meal.

My family loved this recipe. We took out the celery stalds and added s small can of green chiles. We also used a frozen southwest corn mixture and found that this was recipe was very flavorful!

WONDERFUL! So yummy, and rich tasting, like it's been on the stove all day. Quick and easy, too. I used 1-3oz bag of Oscar Myers Real Bacon Bits, as I did not want the trouble of frying up bacon. I love corn, so used a whole 16 oz bag. Very good and hearty.

Love this chowder. Nice, hearty chowder with a kick! I doubled the bacon. I made life easier by cooking the potatoes in the microwave first and then added it to the recipe. Great on a cold winter day.

My husband liked this soup, I didn't particulary like it though. It did need to be cooked longer to fully cook the potatoes. Also, I would recommend shredding the pepper-jack cheese because as we were eating the soup, I was finding tiny little cubes of pepper-jack that didn't fully melt.

Very good! Good kick at the end. Needs to be cooked longer than stated to cook the potatoes fully. Will defiantly make again!

GREAT recipe! I decided to make this at the last minute for a Halloween family get together so I didn't have time to cut up potatoes.I used Frozen Southern style potatoes, instead and put it together on the stovetop as directed but then put it in the crockpot on low until it was time to go. Turned out FANTASTIC!
