This is just exactly what I was looking for!I usually spend a lot of time cooking big dinners, but needed something quick one night, and this foot the bill perfectly! I did double the recipe, and found I needed to add 1/2 cup more water, and add 3 min. more to cooking time. I cooked half an onion diced w/the meat, instead of using the onion powder.Added salt and pepper at the end. We all loved it. It tasted like a cheeseburger!Served w/corn on cob and salad. YUMMY! Try it!!!
