Grilled Reuben Sandwiches

We had this tonight and my family loved it. These are my husbands favorite sandwiches. We added a pickle on the side and had with some plain potato chips.Mmmm

I used rye-pumpernickel swirl bread, and it was great. I don't like saurkraut but I loved it on this. Will be making again.

Reubens are open faced sandwhiches . This should served that way with a Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle spear on the side with beverage of choice . Potatoe chips or French Fies are opitional

AWESOME RECIPE! Very simple & delicious every time. I substitute the corned beef for pastrami though. The key is to make sure your pan is hot when you put the sandwiches on, and to give them a few presses with a spatula between turning them.

This is one of our favorite sandwich meals! I tried the recipe with fat free dressing but found that the "real stuff" actually makes a better sandwich!
