This cheesecake was amazing! I added a little nutmeg to the crust and applie pie spice to the topping. Also added a little more sugar and vanilla to the cheesecake. My husband (who doesn't care for desserts) loved it and thought it was something you would find at an upscale bakery.

I made this as an alternative to apple pie. Everyone loved it. We tend to like our cheesecakes a little sweeter so I did add a little more sugar. Will definitely make it again.

My family loved it! They request I make it at every event now. Although, I do add some apple pie spice to it as needed to get it a little more flavor.

I made this as a last minute substitution for a Christmas party. I was a little worried as I did not have a chance to try out the recipe before hand. It was wonderful, done perfectly and looked just like the picture! Now I will experiment using sugar substitute products.

I was really worried about my cheescake not baking completely, but it turned out great! I baked it for about an hour and ten minutes. Everyone that tried it really liked it

My cheesecake didn't cook under the apples. It was all mushy and tasted horrible. However, the apples smelled and tasted delicious, so eveyone ate them off the top. In the future i'll just bake the apples without the cheesecake underneath. it's much healthier that way too.

This dish was awesome. The only change I made was I used cream cheese with 1/3 the fat.
