Yummy. My husband, who is not wild about cheesecake and my son who is not wild about apple/cinnamon both agreed this was delicious! The recipe was simple and we loved the outcome! I used Fuji apples I picked fresh. We couldn't wait 4 hours for it to cool...it smelled so good. Try & Enjoy!

I have made this recipe many times and everyone has loved it! I've printed the recipe right of the web site for everyone that has requested it. It is wonderful in the fall when the apples are in harvest. It's is even good when it's left over, which rarely happens.

This recipe was a Thanksgiving 2003 hit!! The Pumpkin Pie had to take the backseat. I used a combination of Granny Smith, Fuji and Rome apples. I sliced the apples with a food processor and, then, mixed them together with the pecans and the addition of some nutmeg. I also added nutmeg to the crust. Two guests asked for the recipe before going home. I know I'll make it again and again!

This is a wonderful Fall Cheesecake. I will make it again. I chopped up a bit of the apples and put it in the crust. Apples have to be real small. It was YUMMY !!
