I really really really liked this recipe! It's quite easy to make. For those who didn't know what to do with the potatoes, I used RED potatoes. I cut them up and boiled them on the stove while I prepared the other ingredients. I boiled them enough so that they are guaranteed to be DONE when I bake them with the rest of the ingredients (BUT not too cooked, otherwise, you'll end up with mashed taters!). I'm getting ready to make this recipe for dinner!
