i doubled the recipe and cooked my potatoes in the microwave for 15 mins before adding all the goody and then cooked for 2 more mins to warm everything else very good and quick fix.

I really don't like mayo at all but my sister made this recipe and I loved it. After I ate it she told me about the mayo. Never could tell. Now I make this at home all the time. I subsitute the Velveeta with shredded cheese! Try that - I think it tastes much better!

I have made these potatoes several times and they are always a big hit! Some of my friends don't care for mayo and so I replaced it with sour cream and they were still wonderful and they're so easy to make!!

Tried this once for a church dinner. Had a hard time getting the potatoes done. Good flavor, when you get them cooked through. I would probably put in a crock pot next time to keep them warm. Is a mess when it gets cold!

I made this for our friends birthday party.It was a big hit amungst the crowd.Not one morsel left and hubby said to add it to our get togethers menu.Definitly a great side dish that is really easy to make.
