I sliced the onion very thin, instead of diced. My husband loved it and even heated it up the next day for a snack. It was great!!!

My fiance absolutley loved this recipe. I felt that if I made it again I would use just slightly less onion, and that I would grate the onion instead of using diced onion. However, my fiance said I shouldn't change a thing!

SO good!! Everyone in the family enjoyed these potatoes - I definately recommend them as a great side.

These were so yummy. I made a double batch and there were hardly any left over. But the ones that were left over almost even tasted better a second time. My family loved them. Something different rather then the regular potatoe casserole that i make.

my kids are picky eaters when it comes to new recipes i try. i love potatoes and cheese so to add these two together is wonderful!!! and who knew, my kids loved this recipe too!!!!

It had a good flavor, it's just that the potatos didn't cook all the way through, and I even left it in the oven for a lot longer then it said too, maybe I will try using pre-baked potatos next time, I think it would work better!

this was a big hit at my daughter's cookout b-day party....but the pototoes needed to cook longer.
