My family loves these pancakes! I sub 1/2 the flour, with whole wheat flour, and no one notices. Great flavour with lots of room to be creative. Less salty than commercial mixes too! I always double the recipe... :)

Nice, fluffy, and easy. I do add 3/4 T vanilla extract and a decent amount of cinnamon.

WOW! Was the first thing I said after I tried these pancakes! They are delicious and I finally found the homemade pancake recipe I've been looking for! They are very easy to make and I can't wait to have them again!

This is the easiest recipe...yet so Delicious! I make them all the time, when I'm not making whole-wheat pancakes.

This was very easy with all the ingredants in the house already. These pancakes where a lot better than the boxed pancakes i will never go back to box.
