I did not use the salt. I also added a little more milk to thin it out a bit. Overall, a very good recipe. My kids liked it.

These were the first "from scratch" pancakes I've ever made. All 3 of my children (9,4 and 2) had seconds. These are the best pancakes we ever tried! We will be making these again and again!

I'm not a big pancake fan. They are usually too dry and taste like baking powder. Can't stand the boxed kinds. I absolutely LOVE these, however. Grat flavor, light, and moist. I add two small bananas to batter before cooking. My boyfriend loves them, too!

Today my 2 and 3 year olds wanted pancakes for lunch. I usually make a buttermilk recipe but didn't have an buttermilk so I tried this. It was so good. The kids ate three each. I'm very impressed.

Will definitely make again. My family loved them. My husband said they were more flavorful than other mixes. I make pancakes every Sunday and these seemed to cook faster than others I have made and the batter was more runny than I expected but after a few pancakes...no problem. I also followed the advice of another and used butter instead of oil and added vanilla. Wonderful!

This recipe for pancakes was awesome. I really enjoyed it. My family loved them. My dad even ate them and he doesn't care for pancakes at all. WOW!

I made this recipe as is and they are the best pancakes I have ever made. They are good enough even without syrup. My kids loved them. I always make extra and keep them in the fridge because my son loves to have them as a snack in the afternoon. I just reheat them for a few seconds in the microwave (just enough to take the chill off) and spread them with butter and/or raspberry jam. Yum.
