We have made this recipe several times, and its so easy, I just keep the dry ingredients mixed in a cannister and just use it as I need it! My kids will never eat boxed mix again!!

I loved these pancakes instead of white flour I used whole wheat for the extra flavour and nutrious bonus. They turned out great. I also used 1/3 less sugar and skim milk.

This recipe always comes out great. I use 3/4 cup skim milk and melted butter instead of oil.

I enjoyed the recipe "as is". I tried adding less baking powder as someone suggested in their review but the pancakes came out flat and heavy. Using the original recipe "as is" gives you light, airy, fluffy and tasty pancakes.
