I made these for the first time today, and they were delicious! My family also loved them -- my daughter and husband thought they were good enough without syrup! My son and I used Lite Maple Syryp. I made them with buttermilk as I had some left over over from Thanksgiving cooking. I also used butter (microwave-melted) instead of oil. And I added 1 tsp of vanilla flavoring as was suggested my others who rated the recipe. This made for a very tasty and easy-to-make breakfast that we'll use over and over. I made pancakes before that were rubbery, and I was hesitant to try it again. But this recipe produced a very good result, and will now be one of my favorites.
I am so bad at making pancakes it ridiculous. And these where the easiest pancakes I ever made. I used blackberry jam the last time and my kids fell in love with them. I am actually making them again in a minute. Thank you for a great tasting and easy to make recipe.
really good. fluffy, and light. i thought maybe it would need more sugar, but good thing i made the recipe 'as is' cause it was great!
nice flavour, added a bit of extra milk to reduce consistency, also added strawberries for flavour
i would like to make this recipe but i havent tried it yet so do u really need 1 tbsp of 1 tsp of baking powder??? <<< From Mary, Kraft Kitchens Expert ~ Recipe is correct as written with 1 Tablespoon baking powder. >>>
Turns out just right every time.
This recipe is SO! easy, my 7 yr old loves to mix the ingredients together himself. They are delicious, fluffy and SO convient. We definatly won't be eating store bought again.
We have made this recipe several times, and its so easy, I just keep the dry ingredients mixed in a cannister and just use it as I need it! My kids will never eat boxed mix again!!
The recipe was very quick, and easy to remember for future reference. The pancakes were delicious and fluffy. Thank you
I loved these pancakes instead of white flour I used whole wheat for the extra flavour and nutrious bonus. They turned out great. I also used 1/3 less sugar and skim milk.
