These pancakes are delicious! My husband and my 2 small children love them!! My husband was surprised I could make pancakes from scratch and I am so glad I found this recipe. The only change was to add a little more milk to make the batter creamier. No more "bagged" pancakes from the store. This is a keeper!

The recipe, as written, is not very good but if you use 1 teaspoon baking powder and not 1 tablespoon and add 1 teaspoon vanilla the pancakes are excellent.

My family and i like it so much. I also add some of the Parmesan chesse, it taste was nice too. Thanks for the great recipes.

Simple recipe, but the pancakes turned out much fluffier than my standard recipe. I also added vanilla and substitued splenda for the sugar. My kids liked them, I will make them again.
