Great pancackes. Very light and fluffy. I used half whole wheat flour and half the salt, just to make them a little healthier, still tasted great.

This was very easy to make. It tasted quite good, but I think that the salt was too much. I would probably cut it at least by half next time.

I used self rising flour, because thats all I had. Omitted the baking powder and salt, doubled the recipe, sifted the flour and sugar together, added 1/2 tbs of vanilla. Mixed with the hand whisk and dropped by the 1/4 cup into a buttered 350 degree electric skillet.Made 14 pancakes about 6" each. And they were great!

This is a very easy recipe and very delicious. We are not huge fans of pancakes, but this recipe will make anyone like pancakes. I just altered the recipe with 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1 Tbsp oil and 2 Tbsp applesauce and added cinamon to the batter. It didn't even need syrup it was so good! Enjoy!
