My son had a sleep over and they wanted pancakes for breakfast. I did not have pancake mix so I made this recipe and they loved it!

I ran out of bisquick and really wanted waffles this morning. I came across this recipe and couldn't tell the difference, it came out perfect. I used non-fat milk and followed the recipe as is. I was a little worried when the batter thickened up but it didn't change the end result in the waffle iron. Delicious!

This recipe was awesome. I did add 1 tsp. of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, and mini chocolate chips. I don't think I will make pancakes from the box anymore. So super easy too!

Good texture - just like a restaurant. I use half wheat flour and if I add blueberries I chop them up so its easier for the kids to eat. I usually also add a 1/2 ts vanilla.

This recipe was good and easy. I had everything already so no going to the store which was a plus. I added a packet of cinnamon oatmeal and a little vanilla. My kids loved them.

These pancakes were so bland, I went through the recipe again to make sure that I hadn't missed any ingredients. I finally added a lot of vanilla and that helped, but Bisquick would have been a much better choice.

This is the first time I've ever made pancakes from scratch and now I won't cook them any other way! Simple, easy and delicious!
