Good texture - just like a restaurant. I use half wheat flour and if I add blueberries I chop them up so its easier for the kids to eat. I usually also add a 1/2 ts vanilla.

This recipe was good and easy. I had everything already so no going to the store which was a plus. I added a packet of cinnamon oatmeal and a little vanilla. My kids loved them.

These pancakes were so bland, I went through the recipe again to make sure that I hadn't missed any ingredients. I finally added a lot of vanilla and that helped, but Bisquick would have been a much better choice.

I have been using a similar recipe to this for years. I add 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract. And make sure the batter is smooth and fairly thin. Cook on a griddle at 350 degrees until lightly browned... They taste so yummy and buttery... Without the butter! I absolutely love fresh pancakes. My family never wants to eat out for breakfast ever!
