My kids loved these pancakes! I used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup regular white flour, plus added some cinnamon and vanilla to the mix.

I made these pancakes with blueberries added and another batch with chocolate chips added and both turned out great! I particularly loved the blueberry variation!

these were good. not the "pow" that bisquick has but hey they were homeade and tasted good. my 5 year old had fun helping me make them, he's picky and loved them. Even my one year old ate a whole, plate-size pancake :) Glad i made more than needed to make throughout the week!

Its was Yummy in my Baby's Tummy!!!Every time I gave my 18 mth old son pancakes from a box or from restaurants he will spit them out, but this morning i made this recipe and he ate 3 small ones. ..I made a maple honey butter to go with it..Put 2 sticks of soft butter in a bow and add about 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 cup of vermont maple..mix it but not too much..put mixture in parchment paper and roll, put in fridge for about 30 min to 1 hr, then take out and put some slices of it ontop of your pancakes...This is great!!!!

Maybe I did it wrong, but the pancakes came out gummy and thick, and tasted like solid cream of wheat. I mean, they weren't horrible, but I ended up throwing out the batch and finding a new recipe.

This is a very fast and easy recipe to make. You don't have to worry about it being too watery or sticking to the griddle like the store mixes. I will be making these offten. Add a dash of cinnimon and a tsp of vanilla extra for that extra pop.
