Very good and very quick to make. Much less expensive then buying a box mix. I always use this recipe when my family wants pancakes.

This recipe was great. Quick and easy to make and a favorite at breakfast time, especially on the weekends. I dust them with a cinnamon / sugar mixture immediately after they come off the gridle and serve them with whipped cream. The kids love 'em!

This was my first time making home made pancakes and they were excellent. This were light and fluffy and very easy to make,I will never buy box mix again.

I cook this recipe in bulk and freeze 2-3 pancackes in one freezer bag. My children microwave each packet for 1 minute on high.......and a hot quick breakfast right before school begins
