I really liked this recipe but I made a couple little changes. I pressed the tofu in my tofuxpress before marinating it. I also added garlic and orange juice to the teryaki sauce. It came out soooo good!

This was soooo yummy. I changed it a little bit (no pineapple for me or teriyaki!), and added fresh basil, orange/yellow bell peppers, and green onions. Also I added some Siracha hot sauce, hot chili sauce, and soy sauce which gave it a great kick! My husband LOVED it. Also add some garlic powder and black pepper at the end. To get the tofu really flavorful I cut it into square slices, sprayed the pan with Pam cooking spray and brown the tofu on both sides. I marinaded the tofu in soy/hot sauce for 2 minutes. I will be making this again very soon!

I thought this was a great recipe and easy to make. However I did discover my husband does not really like tofu. But I sure this recipe would taste good with chicken too.

This was good my husband thought the tofu was chicken at first. I marinated my tofu all day. I add green bell pepper and yellow bell pepper, I also add carrots and celery. It was good I did not have any peaunt oil but used sesseme oil instead.

Just Amazing! I added chicken breast on top of the tofu. I also used yellow peppers and celery, added the crushed red pepper and the basil as suggested by the readers. It was such a hit!!!

I really liked this. I didn't use the peanut oil or the peanuts but even w/o those, this was delicious.

I really liked the way this recipe came out, but I did change one thing. My family doesn't like tofu so I substituted 3 chopped celery sticks in its place. They really liked it and there were no leftovers so I had to make it again a second time in the same week. A definite winner

Makes a lot, and it freezes well to save portions.
