My family loves Mexican food and this recipe is now one of our favorites. It is very easy to make and tastes wonderful. Mexican food and healthy, a great combo!

I had made this for my family and they loved it. Since then we have tried it with chicken and steak. Both very good with this recipe. I would recommend this to anyone. Plus it is perfect on a cool night as well.

I cannot believe that boca could taste so good. I did however add onions. My family really enjoyed this meal! Thank you.

I am a vegetarian...LOVE all of the Boca foods! This was a great dinner served IN the taco with sour cream, grated cheese, salsa, tomatoes and onions. I also made some for my 'carnavoir' friends...who loved it! TRY IT!!! It is great!!! Thanks Micki

This is a super easy crowd pleasing not to mention hearty meal, Great for those tired mondays when you just don't have it in you to cook 'big'... We loved it!
