I just can't get into the idea of rice in a burrito,that seems like way too much starch.

Very easy to make. Added taco seasoning to it for extra spice. And when made I baked them in the oven for a bit. Very tasty.

I made this recipe for my husband and my parents and they absolutely loved it! I added some red onions to the beef, green peppers, and salsa and it was delish. Yum!

Very good! My picky 5-year-old even loved them. We cooked the rice separately, added taco seasoning and a little water to the meat, and omitted the lettuce. Next time I think I will add black olives to the mixture.
