Our family loved these. A few extra ingredients from our usual burritos. We will definitely have these again.

Very good recipe. the whole family loved it. i cut down the salsa i figured would be too spicy for younger kids. i cooked rice seperate since i cut down salsa. if you want to save the leftovers dont assemble them all. let each individual person assemble there own. the lettuce might go bad if you assemble it all. the lettuce is fine the next day if you save the ingrediants seperatley. definately would make it again yummmy.

I made these with ground turkey and they were easy to make and my husband loved them. He took the leftovers to work and his coworker asked what restaurant he got them. He said "I got them from home". They were impressed

I would make this again with serious changes in the proportions of ingredients on each tortilla. Since I only wanted to make 3 burritos for 2 of us, I divided everything in the recipe in 1/2. What a mess--I had way too much meat filling, and I wound up using 5 tortillas, and still had meat filling left over!!! Had to make them as roll-ups--forget trying to fold in the sides to make burritos. Now I have 3 roll-ups in the fridge that probably won't be very good tomorrow, as the lettuce will probably be rancid. Next time I would only use 1/4 of the filling to make 3 burritos. However, the flavor was good.

One of the best burrito recipes I've tried. I use leftover cooked rice instead of uncooked rice in this recipe. I also dice onions to put on with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. Mmmmm good!

An easy recipe to take away from for picky eaters or add to for non-picky eaters. The whole family loved it!
