It was delicious, but yes, a little too much rice. I would suggest adding more asparagus.

I tried using Risotto rice instead of regular white rice. It did not turn out because the Risotto takes a long time to cook and I couldn't get the risotto to soften up. I let it simmer longer but after a while the rice started to burn. So stick with the white rice and also add some onions for more taste.

My husband loves asparagus, so I figured we would try this one out. It was very easy and fast to make... Turned out, there is never left overs when I make this dish.

I used cream of asparagus soup in place of the cream of chicken and also added minced garlic to the pan while browning the chicken. Was very good and my 2 year old son could not get enough. Definately a geat dish for a busy weeknight!!

It was great, quite tasty and very easy to make. Friends loved it. The cheese on the chicken gives a nice kick.

I used sour cream and also red peppers which add a nice color. Delicious!

It was very simple. A good way to get a healthy vegetable in. Maybe it needs a little more flavor. I saw that somebody mentioned they added sour cream. I think that would makes this good dish even better.
