I thought it was great! my daughter (she's 25) ate asparagus once and vowed never to eat it again but I managed to get her to eat four pieces! Next time I make it, I'm thinking of steaming the aspargus first...

We made this dinner one night for a big family meal. It was just a quick as you say and so delicious. I cooked my chicken a bit longer to ensure it was completely cooked and I added a bit more cheese, but it is a great recipe!~

I used 6 chicken breasts and 3 cups of Minute rice - just add a little more milk so the rice cooks through. We had half for dinner, then I froze left-overs in single-serve containers for busy days. Excellent!
