Made it for Teacher Appreciation Day at the school where I work and it was the only dessert where there were NO leftovers!!!
This is the BEST recipe ever. I used low fat nilla wafers, sugar free pudding, lite cool whip, and strawberries, bananas and blueberries. This went over well with everyone including the kids. I will be making this for bbq's and parties all summer long.
This was a big hit!!!!! Everybody loved the recipe and I used Fat Free pudding so the calories would be even lower. Even the kids loved it and ask for seconds.
When I stirred in the white chocolate into the pudding the chocolate got hard. Any suggestions?
I made this recipe for my friend's daughters birthday party. Everyone liked it so much, my son even requested it for his confirmation!! And everyone there also loved it.
An excellent light tasting recipe perfect for Spring/Summer dessert. Just use fresh berries or fruit that are in season. Very easy to make and perfect for entertaining as well! A winner.

A co-worker of mine made this for a luncheon and it was HEAVENLY! We all had to have the recipe before we left. The only change she made though was using white chocolate instant pudding instead of using the melted white chocolate and vanilla pudding. YUMMY!!
I too made this for Mother's Day and it was a HUGE hit. My mother-in-law had to have a copy of the recipe before she left and I know the next time my mother has a party she'll ask me to make it-which I will! The best part is-it is so simple-I made it before we left for church Sunday morning. Bravo!
I made this on Mother's Day and everyone has went wild over this, I used angel food cake instead of the wafers, I just wasn't sure how that would taste. It was still a big hit. I will definitely use this for my summer time dessert. Very light and feeling.
