I MADE THIS FOR MOTHER'S DAY AND EVERYONE KEPT TELLING HOW GOOD IT WAS, WHICH MEANS I WILL MAKE MANY MORE TIMES. ONE SUGGESTIONG; I WOULD USE A BIGGER BOWL, I USED A 2 AND I/2 QUART AND COULDN'T USE ALL THE WAFERS OR PUDDING MIX.

The second time I made this I used lemon flavored fat free/sugar free instant Jell-O and it was fantastic. I did not use the white chocolate when I made it this way but it still was great!

This dessert is delicious, a crowd pleaser. There is never any left over. I used fresh strawberries and fresh pineapples. It tasted great.

Great recipe for once or twice a month if you're health conscious but not more than that. There is entirely too much sodium and fat. I would substitute the whipped cream for a low-fat or the fat-free Cool Whip, and use skim milk instead of whole milk for the pudding. Also, eliminate mixing in the chocolate with the pudding and just sprinkle a little grated dark chocolate into the pudding mix instead--less fat.

This recipe is easy to make healthier with a few simple substitutions: > Instead of milk, substitute non-fat skim milk > Instead of 2 pkgs vanilla instant pudding and 6 oz. white chocolate, substitute 1 pkg sugar free vanilla instant pudding, 1 pkg sugar free white chocolate instant pudding, and 6 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt > Instead of Cool Whip, substitute Cool whip Free NOW you've got a healthy AND delicious dessert. I love it!

My aunt made a trifle with sugar free vanilla pudding, sugar free red jello, and Cool Whip lite and fresh strawberries with angel food cake. Just cube the angel food cake, make the pudding and jello and layer in a trifle dish or parfait cups. Looked decadent and tasted very good, no aftertaste of the sugar free products. My dad was diabetic and was able to have some of this which satisfied his sweet tooth.
