I would change the pudding to Jello Sugar Free White Chocolate and use skim milk. I would also use the light version of Cool Whip. That way you cut the calories and have a much lighter version.

For the people who thought this wasn't a very healthy recipe try using fat free cool whip and sugar free pudding. This would cut down on calories and sugar. Just a thought.......

To "A Cook": To make this a more healthy choice, make it by eliminating the vanilla wafers and use cut up angel food cake. Keep the fruit. Substitute sugar-free pudding, omit the chocolate and use either Lite or Fat Free Cool Whip. I prefer the Lite. Good luck!

Previous rater needs to check categories more carefully. The recipe ABOVE this one was in the Healthy Living area! This recipe sounds yummy even if not all that healthy. You want healthy, eat the raw fruit!

First made this for Easter. It has since been requested by my family multiple times! I found it best if I used a berry that was somewhat tart, such as blackberry or raspberry. The topping more than makes up for any tartness.

I made this and brought it to work. It was a BIg hit! It looked like I spent a long time on it. This dessert is simply fabulous. It is like getting a special treat.
