What You Need

NILLA Wafers

Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces, melted, cooled slightly

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries)

Make It

STAND 16 wafers around inside edge of trifle dish. Coarsely break remaining wafers; place on bottom of dish, then drizzle with liqueur.

BEAT pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in chocolate and half the COOL WHIP.

LAYER half each of the pudding mixture and fruit over wafers in dish; repeat layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 30 min.

I chose to do the substitute of caramel topping instead of the orange juice.....it was great! I have picky eaters in the family and everyone loved it!

Recipe was so fun to make and very delicious. We made more layers using the original amounts of fruit and pudding as required. It even held up for leftovers the next day. A great family project guaranteed satisfaction.

I made this for Easter and it was a hit. It was gone before I knew it. Everyone wanted the recipe! I WILL be making this again soon.

Tried it out on family and friend on Easter. They loved it!! I even made little ones for the little kids. That was a big hit and an easy way to get them to eat their fruit. I used raspberries with blueberries and kiwi. I also used french vanilla pudding. Excellent!!

It's a great creation for the children, as well as for a great dessert ideal. And, not just for a special occassion but for anytime. I really like this recipe.

I will make this recipe again, however I would change the arrangement of layers, b/c all of that beautiful color is stuck in the middle! My suggestion: first layer use cubed pound cake, second layers fruit, third layer pudding mix, fourth layer pound cake, fifth layer more fruit, last layer whipped cream dollops, and then garnish with small fruits and crumbled Nilla wafers.
