totally yummy! I used the cucumbers instead of zucinni, too. And for a lttle extra flavor, I added a packet of zesty italian dressing mix. I made it as a dish to take to church, but wound up dividing it so that I could have some here at the house!

This was great. I added a half a bottle of italian dressing for a little more zest.

I thought this tasted good, I added some chunk cheese, which I thought was awesome in there, but I made it for a family party of 15 and said to say, no one else liked it. I have tons of leftovers.

I also made the recipe substituting the mayonnaise with olive oil (approx 1/4 cup). I also added chopped green olives. I like to occasionally dice up some chicken to to it for a stand alone quick lunch or dinner.

I made a few tiny changes to the original recipe. I cut the pepperoni into quarters instead of leaving them in whole slices. I cut the zucchini into fairly thin slices, then into strips. I put in two small cans of black olives thinking that would be good, but I won't do that next time, it's too much. I added a couple more spoonfuls of mayo also. This is a really good pasta salad, it's my new favorite, and my kids love it.
