It must have been the yogurt that I didn't like! I washed off the dressing and salvaged the cucumbers...made my own dressing with sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and onion!

I made this salad to go with grilled chicken and rice. I loved it but I added a little more lemon juice and a shake of sugar to my taste. Very refreshing.

my daughter isn't big on eating the skins of the cucumber but she ended up going back for more and took the rest home...I used diced dill instead of fresh... it worked out fine !
