I have made this dessert many times and always receive rave reviews. I also add a bag of fresh cranberries and sometimes top with vanilla ice cream...yum!

I changed it up a bit with excellent results. Replaced 2 of the apples with pears and added a handful or so of raisins. Drizzled honey and added a pat of dotted butter on top. Next time, will add some wheat germ while making the topping. Easy and tasty!

Amazing! I made this for a dinner party and it was a hit! I doubled the recipe but only used about 8 apples. Served warm with vanilla ice cream. I have passed this recipe on to many friends and co-workers.

Made this for xmas & was a big hit! Didn't have much time so I used canned apples, but it turned out just as good!

This recipe was so delicious, I made it twice in the past week. I think the recipe called for walnuts but I only had pecans, it was amazing. The crust has so much great taste and the apples come out perfect. I will definitely be making this recipe again and again.

Made this for Thanksgiving this year and it was a huge hit! I replaced the regular sugar with Splenda so diabetic family and guests would be able to have a taste and added also cranberries to make it more "Thanksgiving-y". Served with sugar-free vanilla ice cream it was de-lish!I will definitely be making this recipe again it was so yummy and so simple!

What a great and easy way to make an apple crisp. My family loved it! Next time I would like to try it with peaches instead of apples.
