This recipe is was so simple to make and was absolutely delicious! Brought it to work and my coworkers devoured it!

What You Need

1/2

cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)

1/3

cup packed brown sugar

1/3

cup flour

1/4

cup PLANTERS Walnuts

1/3

cup butter or margarine, melted

tsp. ground cinnamon, divided

1/2

cup packed brown sugar

Tbsp. flour

Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced (about 6 cups)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX oats, graham crumbs, 1/3 cup each brown sugar and flour, nuts, butter and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until well blended; set aside.

MIX 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and remaining cinnamon in large bowl. Add apples; toss to coat. Place in 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with oat topping.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender. Cool slightly.

How to Make Graham Cracker Crumbs

Place grahams in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush grahams by using a rolling pin to roll back and forth over the bag.

This was very good. I would recommend slicing the apples smaller, it cooks faster. I was pleasantly surprised as well as my family.

Love,love,love this recipe. It reminded me of having this at school years age, it was my favorite. Now I have it for my family, they all loved it! I will be making this a lot.........

Great holiday dessert!!! Loved it, loved it! The only thing is I personally do not care for a lot of oats, so I will cut back on them a little bit this Thanksgiving!

This was my first time making apple crisp, and it turned out so great! So simple and so yummy!!

This dish was really great! I left out the graham crackers and added a little more cinnamon. I am definitely adding this to my favorites list.

This recipe was all right, though the Granny Smith apples were too tart for me; I prefer a sweeter dish. I also felt the crisp topping could have been more "crisp" and less like baked oatmeal. Next time I will tweak the recipe a bit; I think it will come out better.
