Made this for a neighborhood BBQ- very good. I have also added fruit- mandarin oranges, pineapple, etc. Makes a lot. Use full recipe only for a large gathering.

My sister-in-law makes this, but I could never find the recipe - until now!! This is a great recipe to take to those "bring a side dish" gatherings. It not only is crunchy, tasty and bursting with flavor, but you never have to worry about someone else bringing the same dish. It is really easy to put together. When my sister-in-law is running short on time, she just brings her ingredients with her and throws it together in about 5 minutes. We always brought home the leftovers and it keeps its crunch for days. I cannot wait to bring it to my family's next get-together!!!

I followed the exact directions, though I had doubts about using the uncooked noodles. I recieved numerous compliments at the family reunion! I can't wait to make it, again!

this is awesome. it is so easy to make and everyone who has had it thought it was great. it works well for just family if you adjust the serving size a bit, or make the whole thing for gatherings. i will definitely be making this often

This is delicious. The second time I added shrimp and the bowl came away clean.

We just made this recipe and it appeared to be a litle dry for our taste so we added approximately 1/2-cup of Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing - made it great and we will use it for a future catering function!

This is one of my favorite recipes to prepare and serve because it is so easy and so delicious. I sometimes use broccoli slaw instead of cole slaw and balsamic vinegar instead of regular. I always get requests for this recipe. Some chopped fresh cilantro gives this salad a nice additional flavor.
