Has a lot of my favorite things in it. Tasty, easy breakfast.

This recipe was ok. The cottage cheese made parts of my waffle soggy. The parts that were't soggy were excellent. Next time I make it I am going to put less cottage cheese on it and see if it makes a diffrence.

I like cottage cheese, but have a brain-block about eating it on or under anything else, so I used vanilla yogurt instead. Because raspberries have been so expensive, I've been using bananas, but with those adaptations, I've really loved this and have it almost daily for breakfast.

I used whole grain waffles and a mango. I probably won't use cottage cheese again but in place of it use cream cheese!

Very easy to prepare, this tastes delicious, substituted vanilla yogurt for cottage cheese, turned out great-very attractive looking to children, will definitely make again! Fruit options for this are endless also.
