I've made this before and my family really enjoys it! I've found that red onions go well in this recipe too and the sun dried tomato dressing is excellent!

I made this recipe and my family loved it! The only change I made was to use cilantro instead of basil (I don't care for basil) and everyone asked for seconds. I also used a lite Italian dressing.

I love this recipe. I used real mozzarella instead of Kraft. Either way is fine, but this recipe is so good it cleared the table at my party.

This salad went perfect with my baked manicotti. My guests really liked it and I also added some romaine lettuce since an abundance of fresh basil was hard to find this time of year.

I thought this salad was very good and went well with the Italian themed dinner I made. The salad dressing used is also very good. I never heard of it before until I read this recipe.

This was very easy and very good. It was also pretty with the various colors. I sprinkled some Feta cheese on top to add more flavor and it turned out great.
