We made these for my daughter's graduation party with a Mexican Fiesta theme. They were a huge hit with kids and the adults as well!

This recipe is great! The frozen banana actually tastes like creamy ice cream! You should try to eat them right away (within a day or two) because the cereal begins to taste stale - even when it's in an airtight container.

I liked it, but it lacked flavor. Instead of using 6 bananas, I would use 4 or 5. That way, it would be more flavorful. Also, I used nuts. I think they probably taste better and more traditional that way.

I couldnt find the bakers dipping chocolate at my local store but I used the shell ice cream topping over the already frozen bananas. Worked great and tasetd great too!

great for summer days for kids to enjoy.there is just something about bananas and chocolate together.
