The tomato-salmon marriage was not an obvious one for me, yet it was the grilling on the cedar that brought a whole new dimesion to this dinner. Thanks ever so!! P.S.

I am not a fish eater. We went to some friends house last night and they made it for dinner. IT WAS EXCELLENT and the presentation was spectacular.

Made this using tin foil- it was excellent and very simple. Easy clean up too!

We tried a similar cedar plank recipe. The first time, the cedar plank was burning on the fire-side and we became very concerned. We now soak the plank in water several more than four hours, or overnight and then can actually bring the salmon on the plank into the house for presentation! We love it.

The cedar plank gave a nice smoky flavor to the salmon, but the marinade did nothing for it.

I decide on a lot of my recipes based on the description in the recipe. I thought it was very good althought I have not prepared it yet

We made this for guests of ours and it was just fabulous. The compliments kept coming. It was our first time grilling on a cedar plank and it was very easy to use. The fish was tender and had an incredible flavor. This is my new favorite way to cook salmon.

I served this on Father's Day for my family of 15. It was fabulous. The compliments didn't stop all afternoon. What a treat! Kudos to whoever came up with this one - it's a keeper!
