We were afraid the temperature was too high on the grill, so we turned one burner off. We should have left it on; it was a little underdone in the middle. Otherwise, it was delicious! I used dried parsley, but followed the recipe otherwise. The directions on our cedar plank stated to soak it in water for 90 minutes. It barely scorched on the edges and smelled heavenly! Great summer dish. :)

I have made this recipe several times. It is our favorite way to eat salmon. The only thing I change is that I do not add the sun-dried tomatoes. I just use the dressing.

This is one of the easiest, most delicious recipes. I have made this numerous times and it is a huge hit every time. I was asked to make this last year for thanksgiving to be set out earlier in the day as an appetizer for our large family. Needless to say, there was nothing left. Hint: use fresh parsley. This gives the salmon a "rich" flavor.

I made the salmon last nite for dinner, and it was easy to make.It was a big hit with the family who really never eats fish. i will make it again. I rate it 5 stars.Bravo. 1-14-2007

The cedar plank added a "wow" factor to the presentation. added parsley and lemon slices to the patter for presentation. Cooked the recipes as given. Excellent salmon.

This salmon is off da chain. It was so moist. Everybody wanted seconds. I would definately recommend this recipe to anybody to make. I am going to make this my signature dish.
