Tried this out on my husband and mom. Both loved it. My mom doesn't really like fish that much and she asked to take home the leftovers. It was the first time I used the planks and will do this again. Be sure to get good salmon.

I made this recipe about 3 weeks ago and it was a hit. I did add a couple of things to the recipe. I added onions and real bacon bits. I could not get enough.

This is a very special recipe for a good celebration dinner on patio for someone special in your life. I made it for our anniversary along with a vegetable couscous and it was a hit. Great idea for all.

This was my first excursion into plank cooking, and also for grilling salmon. I did like the flavor that the plank put into the meat, but I found that grilled salmon, isnt one of my favorite foods. LOL.. I would fix this again for company, but I dont think I will put this on the menu very often for myself. It was tasty though, and pretty darned easy. even the hard to find sun-dried tomato topping, was very good..

I made this recipe using trout. Absolutely delicious... I have made it a number of times and everyone I cook it for absolutely loves it. This is the only way to cook fish.
