Grilled salmon on a foil pan with holes. Put under the broiler the last few minutes of cooking. Wonderful!

I also used foil instead of plank and baked in the oven. The sun dried tomato with red roasted pepper dressing went very well with salmon, and I served it with lemon and lime rice and grilled greenbean with gorgonzola vinaigrette. It was a wonderful dinner! I'll serve it again.

This recipe was delicious. We have made it twice and have really enjoyed it. I will make it in the oven the next time since it is getting too cold to barbecue.

Very yummy! Ours looked even nicer than the picture reflects. We made this with the lemon and lime rice and the combination went very well together.
