I loved it, however husband wasn't fond of cedar taste. So, make sure that doesn't bother whomever you are making this for. I will try it without the plank and just wrap it in tinfoil and I am sure it will be fabulous. The sun dried tomatoes and seasonings make this recipe!

Just made it for Mothers Day. I'm not a "big" salmon person, however this was great. Everyone at our party (16 people) raved about it.

I have made this recipe more times than I can remember; even in the cold winter months. I have also passed the recipe on to many relatives and friends. Everyone raves at the great flavor and easy prep. We love to serve this with fettuccini pasta and aparagus spears as sides. The fettuccini can be tossed with a white wine and sun dried tomatoes for great flavor!

My family loved this. We grilled a whole salmon for a neighborhood party and there was nothing left, but the bones. It was moist and tender and so flavorful that we've tried it with other types of fish. It's especially good with native Idaho trout.

So easy and the salmon stays together, because you don't need to flip it. Wonderful flavor. gets better each time you use the cedar plank.

I made this recipe with fresh, wild salmon from Alaska - Fabulous! It was really delicious and easy to prepare. The cedar plank really imparts a wonderful flavor.
